With increasing pressure on businesses to integrate ESG practices, there has been a notable rise in demand for ESG-related training programs. In line with Malaysia's efforts to meet sustainability goals, the Securities Commission Malaysia continues to emphasize the importance of ESG compliance, particularly for listed companies.
Employers are now seeking training programs that focus on:
- Environmental Sustainability Practices: Workshops and courses related to reducing carbon footprints, managing waste, and transitioning towards renewable energy sources.
- Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): Programs designed to help businesses align with global CSR trends and practices, emphasizing ethical business operations and community development.
- Governance and Transparency: ESG-focused training that equips leaders with the tools to ensure accountability, transparency, and ethical governance.

As part of Malaysia’s Climate Change Action Plan, companies are increasingly required to integrate climate-related strategies into their operations. Training programs on ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems are in demand, focusing on helping businesses implement and maintain sustainable practices.
This is aligned with global trends of reducing environmental impact and ensuring compliance with new regulations.
In addition to environmental management, climate-related ISO amendments have become crucial for industries like construction and manufacturing, where sustainability initiatives are becoming the standard. Companies are seeking consultancy support and training to stay ahead of these regulatory changes.
